Rise & Shine Foundation

Rise and shine is a community based organisation founded in kirungi Mubende Uganda, By a passionate mother Mrs Birungi Mugagga who saw young children struggling to attain education and proper health care in her community and she decided to gather all her mental, social and physical support to intervene.

Our organisation is a non-profit initiative which relies on donations from generous people like you to provide free services to vulnerable children in the area especially the orphans and the impoverished.

Our helping has reached 3,048 children since it’s inception in 2004, through offering bursaries to children, nutritional support to malnourished children, talent development through sports, music, dance and drama.
